Welcoming summer with Bristol’s Jack in the Green

Had a brilliant day watching Bristol’s Jack of the Green starting out in brilliant sunshine on the Docks at 10.30am and ending on a soggy Horfield Common at 4.30pm so Jack could be killed to release summer.

Not sure when that’s going to happen, but it was a hell of a day. George Mann and I are soaked to the skin, but have had a cracking time!
